Welcome!

Thank you for visiting. I have been a fan of the zombie genre for some time now, enough that I decided to try my hand at serious writing. My first series, White Flag of the Dead, chronicles the experiences of a man who is trying to survive a plague of the infected dead, and keep his son alive as well. It is a story of desperation, survival, and hope. It is a story that reminds us the most important thing is not just being alive, but living. Hope you enjoy.

Need a favor...

Been looking at some reviews on Amazon and I'm getting slammed pretty hard by a couple.  If anyone out there hasn't posted a review, I would be very appreciative if you would.
Also, since everyone here has been very patient, I have decided to give a little sneak peek into Book 5 of White Flag of the Dead - Dead Surge.
I'll post it tomorrow.

  1. Hey Mr. T,
I just finished your series for the second time. In looking for info on Book 5, I saw this post.

I went to Amazon and saw some of the lame a** reviews left there.

You can't please every one; and I guess some people can't be happy unless they're dissin' someone else.

    F.....forget 'em :P

I enjoyed the series just as much this time as the first time.

All 4 books are entertaining, engaging, and involving. I lost myself in them several times. I even must admit to getting pretty choked up about Nate---dayum you sir ;)--especially when Charlie realized.....gotta stop there.

I left a review on Book 1, but I might just copy n paste it into the others as well :)

Keep up the great work Sir

  2. Posted and done. As soon as 5 is out, I plan on downloading it and then re-reading the entire series (of course once all my grades are in and school is out!) I have recommended your books to friends who have read them and loved them! I tool was sucked in from the start and could not put down the books (or Kindle, as it were). I had a lot of 3-4 hour sleep nights. My students wanted to know why I was so wiped out! I would tell them that I was wrapped up in a zombie series that they MUST read. I believe some of them checked your books out.

Keep up the GREAT work and I look forward to book 5 and book 6!!!

  3. Can't wait!! I can't believe anyone could give bad reviews for WFOD! I say screw them, it's the best zombie series yet.

  4. I have looked at the negative reviews, associated with either one or two stars attached, twice. I just don't understand the logic behind those reviews...they make no sense to me. It is as if those behind the reviews have some strange vendetta against JT and/or the success of the WFOTD series.

Honest criticisms, designed to strengthen either the technical details or the readability of the books, is one thing; such can be of help to an author. But this is not what seems to be happening. What is ocurring is a seeming campaign of mindless sniping and inane blather designed to cast a negative cloud over the reviews on Amazon. Someone is hoping to create, in potential customer's minds, enough doubt about the quality and readability of the books as to keep potential buyers from making a purchase of the WFOTD products.

I may very well be wrong in my speculations, but there seems to be a commonality in much of the negative writings in those reviews. If such be the case, shame to the tertiary syphilitic idiots behind that effort.
